At nesttribo, we take pride in crafting high-quality wooden candle holders and decorative accessories. Each piece is handmade with care, and we want you to love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✅ Unused and in its original condition
✅ In the original packaging with all accessories included
✅ Not a custom or personalized order (as these are made specifically for you)

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized candle holders
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items can be refunded)

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank if further delays occur.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please email us at contact@nesttribo.shop with photos of the issue.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Otherwise, the refund will be processed back to the original purchaser.
